QuickSword Presentation Software

QuickSword was written to quickly and easily display songs, pictures, and bible scriptures on a projector during church services. QuickSword is dedicated to the worship of, and to the sharing of the word of God, the one and only God, Jesus Christ. QuickSword has been in regular use at its home church, the Cardville United Pentecostal Church since February 25, 2006.
My goal is to make QuickSword the easiest program to use. Someone who has never used it will be an expert in just a few minutes. Simply Simple.
The program will automatically check for and install the latest version after being installed.
QuickSword version 2 has proven to be stable and will continue to be available while the next version is developed.
What is new in version 3:
Improved bible search
Entire bible presentation is saved in one file
Support for copyright display and compatible with CCLI
Unicode support in songs and bibles
Search for pictures on the internet and instantly project them

Known bugs in version 2
Searching the bible for "kjv sse jes wep" should return results of:
kjv Matthew 26 : 75
sse Matthew 26 : 75
kjv Mark 14 : 72
sse Mark 14 : 72
kjv John 11 : 35
sse John 11 : 35
This is not the case. Version two only returns the three results from KJV and excludes SSE. This will be fixed in QuickSword version 3.
February 7th 2010, another bug has been found. When installing QuickSword version 2, a temporary file is created in the root directory called "qswait.tmp". Once QuickSword is installed and running, it is suppose to delete "qswait.tmp", which is a flag that allows the installation program to close and cleanup. On machines with Windows Vista, QuickSword is denied access to delete "qswait.tmp". This leaves the black installation box on the screen. It is ok to close the black box. QuickSword will have installed properly, and all temporary installation files will have been deleted. The only remaining remnant is to manually delete "qswait.tmp" from the root directory of your hard drive. This issue will be addressed with version 3.
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12 KJV
